11. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL Roadworthy Driving School AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM THE SITE, EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES COULD HAVE BEEN FORESEEN BY Roadworthy Driving School.12. Indemnification

Roadworthy Driving School will not be liable to You for any failure or delay in the performance of an obligation pursuant to these terms and conditions to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including, but not limited to, earthquake, fire, flood or other casualty, an act of God, a strike, lockout or other labour dispute, war, embargo, blockade, legal restriction, riot, insurrection or governmental action).17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by, and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the internal law of the UK, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.18. Severability
If any provision of this Use Agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.19. No Third-Party Beneficiaries
No individual or entity is a third-party beneficiary to this Agreement. Each provision of this Agreement may be enforced only by Roadworthy Driving School or You or, to the extent permitted by this Agreement, any successor or assignee of Roadworthy Driving School or You.20. Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Roadworthy Driving School with respect to the subject matter of these Terms, and supersede all prior oral and written proposals, representations, understandings and agreements.
